The hotel had a good room size but needed updating, with issues like poor finishing on closet doors and drawers, a dark bathroom, and a stained sofa with poor lighting. However, it was quite spacious and could benefit from some rugs on the floor. Waiting 1.5 hours past check-in time to enter the room was inconvenient.
